I'm suprised about the unusually small amount of Relunquished-based decks around the forums. I find Relinquished a perfectly useful card, that is under used. The purpose: probably excessive net-decking. The reason for the net-decking? not many people are willing to try new cards to put into decks. Lately, I've seen that nobody's using some useful, but drawback-filled decks. I'm going to cover a Rainbow Dark Dragon based deck.
