Lately, I've seen that nobody's using some useful, but drawback-filled decks. I'm going to cover a Rainbow Dark Dragon based deck. With all the new cards coming out in duelist genesis there are plenty of new strategies, but there are only a few that could really be used in tournaments. In my personal opinion those would be Psychic/Synchro and Montage Dragon. The new psychic cards make it extraordinarily easy to summon the more powerful synchro monsters. Krebons and Mind Master are the perfect Tuner Monsters. Playing Mystic Tomatoe or Shining Angel will allow you to pick whatever Tuner monster best fits your situation,... Read More
Alright so I said I would post a synopsis of our draft and matches yesterday or today, so here I am. First the basics: The draft was pure Eventide, we had 6 people, it was a Rotisserie style draft with three man multiplayer games. Does anyone remember the Draft Walkthroughs from Quentin Martin on magicthegathering.com? I do. That was one of the things that I thought prepared me for drafts of my own the best.
