so i was toying with my old blink deck when i had an idea. I wanted something new to take to friday night magic and i had a playset of Garruk Wildspeaker and Troll Ascetic just waiting to be abused.so i took white out and made the deck agro. And i came up with this:
20 lands may not be enough. go up to 24 make some of em treetop village. cryptic command is 3 blue and with 20 lands getting 3 blue can be difficult. so yah if you want to keep your land total low you may need more than 20 lands. good luck with the list.
