Promise doesn't make perfect. Dark World Synchro was pretty hyped. Quicker than Teleport Dark Armed, on paper it could blitz anything in a burst of Special Summoning. However, it has fallen by the wayside, unable to compete with the Teleport Dark Armed decks that have reigned supreme. The key is consistency.
