In the last two installments of my blog, we've looked at the Commons and Uncommons in the new set. Today, we're taking a look at the Rares in SECRET INVASION. First on the docket is #32a, DUM DUM DUGAN (human). He's a tidy 75 point piece, front loaded with energy explosion, running shot, 17 defense with willpower and 2 damage with leadership.
